The project “Construction of a warehouse hall, transformer station, external works, fencing, and site organization” , developed by SC ELYCON PARK SRL, is located in Brașov County, Ghimbav city, on a site identified under Land Book extract no. 107938 Ghimbav, cadastral no. 107938, in accordance with Urban Planning Certificate no. 222 dated 08.06.2023, issued by the Brașov County Council. The materials published by RAP DEVELOPMENT present in detail the progress of the ELYCON Industrial Park Project, delivered through the collaboration between RAP DEVELOPMENT and RAP INSTAL.

Within this project, RAP INSTAL contributes with complete solutions for industrial installation systems, covering all stages: consulting, design, execution, and implementation.

The works carried out by RAP INSTAL include:

External fire hydrant network for firefighting
External fire hydrant system – completed installation
External sanitary installations
HVAC utilities
Fully equipped water meter chambers with remote reading system
Sanitary sewer networks (gravity and pumped systems)
Pumping stations for sanitary sewage

Through the collaboration between RAP DEVELOPMENT and RAP INSTAL teams, the project is progressing according to schedule, meeting the required technical and quality standards.
